Due to the hygienic and infection control properties of our products our items should arrive with you in the form that they were prepared at our factories. The comprehensive packaging used ensures the highest possible level of protection from your items. That is why we offer a guarantee to Refund or Replace any items you have purchased that do not arrive in the state that they were sent to you in. This would include any items that have been damaged in transit or have not arrived with you by the date stated at the time of ordering.
